Our experienced presence in the real estate industry dates back to 1963, when High Realty Company was formed and the first building was built and leased at what is now Greenfield Corporate Center. Subsequently, High Associates Ltd. was established in 1980 to develop, sell, lease and manage commercial and industrial real estate.
Since that time, we’ve steadily grown in the depth and breadth of our services by focusing on providing exceptional support to our clients and tenants and always striving to exceed expectations. Our real estate product types go beyond office and industrial, to include multi-family residential and retail properties. In doing so, High Associates grew from having one centralized presence in Lancaster, Pa., to having 24 office and property locations throughout the eastern U.S. Today, we manage more than eight million square feet of commercial and industrial space that includes several major corporate centers and other properties including six apartment communities totaling more than 1,700 upscale garden apartments and town homes
High Properties has built a total of 16 warehouse, flex and office buildings in Parkland Center near US301 and a one warehouse in Manasota Industrial Park in 2007. The properties remain well maintained and consistently occupied which are managed by Jon Kleiber.

Jon Kleiber, Broker & Regional Manager
Mr. Kleiber has extensive real estate brokerage experience in the Sarasota and Manatee Counties area, having provided sales, leasing, and general consulting services for property owners and buyer representation for more than 20 years. Previously, Mr. Kleiber worked with the Jon Kleiber-Terry Eastman sales team, which closed on nearly $15 million in sales volume in 2013 and nearly $100 million in transaction value during the first 15 years of his career. Jon has been dubbed the “WAREHOUSE BROKER.”
Mr. Kleiber’s past experience includes owning the Kleiber DeVito Real Estate Group. Prior to that he was a broker-sales associate at Richardson Kleiber Walter and Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT. Earlier in his career, he was employed by Sarasota County Schools as a middle school teacher after graduating from the University of South Florida.
Mr. Kleiber’s personal notable projects include running for public office in 2006, being active and participating in community organizations such as the Boys and Girls Club of Sarasota County, Gulf Coast Builders Exchange, Sarasota & Manatee Manufacturers Association, and starting a new business brand called Florida Beach Trails, Key Rat and a not-for-profit called Keep Our Waters Blue.
His specialties include understanding the various perspectives from the business operator and the property owner to meet each and every need.
